Advanced Manufacturing

The 7 Rivers Region is home to more than 430 manufacturing companies. Our 48 metal manufacturing companies perform better than others around the nation with higher than average employment numbers because they produce very specialized, high-value items typically sold internationally. The advanced manufacturing industry cluster is fueled by the consistent output of goods produced by highly skilled workers. Our partners provide our region and beyond access to metals, machinery, electrical equipment, appliances, and other on-demand products. Using a diverse set of specialized and technical skills, our manufacturing partners help sustain our region through perpetual product creation.
