Anyone from Juneau, Monroe and Jackson counties are invited to attend a civic forum Sept. 27 in Tomah to kick off a regional economic development strategy.

The forum will be from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Cranberry Country Lodge. Research from Purdue University and UW-Extension will be presented on the three counties and participants will provide input on the issues and opportunities in the region.

The forum is part of Stronger Economies Together (SET), designed to help strengthen the capacity of communities and counties in rural America by focusing on collaboration across a multi-county area to create and implement a regional plan.
